Shut up and Smile.
Like the title of this says, shut up and smile. When you want to yell at someone in front of you, don't. Just keep your mouth shut and smile, nicely. If you are the one receiving the yelling, push the mute button and smile. By not saying something, you might be forces to listen in a whole new way. By smiling, you will be forced to welcome something in a whole new way, like happiness. Of course, I'm not suggesting you keep all that anger, resentment, hurt, shame, guilts, frustration, or whatever emotions you are experienced all bottled up inside. I'm suggesting you take the time to listen, reflect, and enjoy the moment with a smile.
If you say it, do it.
